Project: Prosper Africa Tracker (PAT)
Client Overview: USAID’s Prosper Africa Initiative aims to enhance trade and investment between the U.S. and African nations. The Bureau sought a unified, secure platform to manage and report on opportunities, replacing fragmented legacy tools with a centralized cloud solution.
Challenge: USAID faced a lack of a secure, scalable system for tracking opportunities, relying on inefficient tools like Google Sheets and Excel. Challenges included decentralized data ownership, insecure data exchanges and difficulties in providing timely updates to leadership.
Objectives: The project aimed to implement a FedRAMP Moderate-compliant SaaS system, enabling secure collaboration, automating workflows and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Our Approach: Stealth Solutions led the design and development of PAT using Salesforce Government Cloud, employing a low-code methodology and Agile delivery. Key tasks included secure portal configuration and comprehensive user training.
Solution Delivered: We provided a FedRAMP Moderate platform with internal and external portals, automated workflows and robust security measures. The system achieved 99.98% availability and facilitated seamless data migration.
Results & Impact: The project resulted in a 70% reduction in manual reporting, zero data loss during migration and scalability for over 125,000 users. PAT established a secure, efficient system that enhanced decision-making and set a standard for low-code modernization in federal agencies.
